College Fees Information
Please complete the Direct Debit (DDR) Request Form if you wish to pay your compulsory school fees by direct debit in either fortnightly or monthly instalments. Direct Debit instalments will occur between February and November, however, please note that Year 12 families instalments will cease in September.
The Direct Debit Calculator can assist you in calculating the amount of your instalment based on the number of students currently enrolled.
The completed Direct Debit (DDR) Request Form should be returned to the Finance Office by post, or scanned and emailed to finance@olmc.nsw.edu.au.
The Finance Office will then confirm by return email the details of your Direct Debit payment arrangement. Once you have completed a Direct Debit (DDR) Request Form you are not required to complete a new form each year. The College will advise you at the beginning of each year of your new arrangement for that year.
If there has been a change to the bank account details previously supplied for an existing DDR arrangement, please complete the Direct Debit (DDR) Request Change of Account Form and return to the Finance Office promptly.
