The following outlines the process for a enrolling student into Year 7 at OLMC. The Enrolment Process begins when your daughter is in Year 5 and applications are accepted throughout Years 5 and 6.

1. Waiting List Stage
The first step to enrol a student at OLMC is to register for the Waiting List. The College takes Waiting List registrations from the time applicants are born: it is preferable that your daughter’s name is on the Waiting List prior to her entering Year 5. The Registration for Waiting List form can be downloaded from the OLMC website or alternatively, you can contact the College and ask to have the form posted to you.
Complete the form and return it to the College. At this stage the College only collects minimal information as more details are collected at a later stage of the process. No payment is required at this stage.
Once the form is received by OLMC, the student’s name will be placed on the Waiting List.
2. Application Stage
When your daughter is in Year 5 (in the first half of the year), you will be invited to attend an Enrolment Information Evening at the College where you will receive an Enrolment Application Pack.
Complete the Application for Enrolment Form and ensure it is signed by both parents/carers. This form is more detailed as more information is collected to assess the application and determine how OLMC might meet the needs of your daughter.
Send the completed Application for Enrolment Form, together with the copies of the following items to the College within 3 weeks of the information evening: - A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate - A copy of the student's most recent school report - A copy of the student’s Citizenship/Visa if born overseas - A copy of the student's Immunisation History Statement - Any other information which may assist in the determination of the College’s capacity to meet the educational needs of the applicant.
Make payment of the Enrolment Application Fee of $110
OLMC will then assess your application and determine if you may be required to attend an interview with the Principal.
3. Letter of Offer Stage
Within four months of submitting your application you may be sent a Letter of Offer and the OLMC Agreement to Conditions of Enrolment if your application for enrolment has been successful.
4. Acceptance Stage
To accept the offer of enrolment, sign and return a copy of the OLMC Agreement to Conditions of Enrolment and pay the Enrolment Acceptance Fee (see Fees document for details). The Acceptance of a Place can also be completed online (see Letter of Offer for details).
Once this form and the payments have been received by the College, you will be sent a letter confirming the enrolment of your daughter at OLMC.
