The Parents and Friends' Association is committed to working in partnership with the community to support the College in providing the best education.

OLMC Parents & Friends Association

The OLMC P&F Committee support the work of the College in the Mercy Tradition and promote the Values and Mission of the College. Their objective is to:

  • Engage in respectful cooperation, collaboration, and communication with all Members, the Board, the Principal and College staff
  • Provide a forum for parents and friends to be informed of the management and governance of the College
  • Be a forum for participation in the life of the College by parents and friends
  • Build and promote a positive, friendly, and welcoming community among parents and friends, and in particular those new to the College community, in association with the College
  • Raise funds and undertake activities by such means and for purposes as agreed upon with the College from time to time; and
  • Assist in providing the College students with educational, wellbeing, and co-curricular facilities and activities through the appropriate disbursement of the P&F funds including the levy

P&F Meetings

All parents are invited to attend P&F meetings, held online or in person at the College. 

New faces and fresh ideas are welcome. Attending meetings is a practical way to be involved in the life of the College. The P&F also hold an annual P&F Cocktail Party in February each year which all parents are invited to attend. 

Meeting dates can be accessed via your OLMC Parent Portal. Parents can also access P&F Meeting Minutes on their Portal. 

P&F Committee

The P&F Committee works on key events throughout the year. 

With a proud tradition of working collaboratively with the College, the P&F warmly welcomes and encourages all parents to participate in meetings and events to support the College's endeavours.
