Houses and Homerooms for 2018 Announced

On Monday November 6, Mercy Girls flocked to Kavanagh Place at recess to find out their allocated Homerooms and Houses for 2018!

Director of Pastoral Care Anne-Maree Donnelly says its an exciting time in OLMC history as the College transitions to the House System and ‘House and Homeroom families’ are created.

"The Mercy Girls who are forming the new houses of Callaghan, Callan, Doyle and Kavanagh are ‘making history.’ There is energy and excitement around starting something new. For the girls remaining in the current House (Clare, McAuley, Mercedes and Stanley), they now have the duty to continue and renew their House spirit and work with their ‘Sister House.' Girls will have new lockers in their House colour in 2018, as well as new House shirts!"

The House System commences at OLMC in 2018.
