Governance
Our Lady of Mercy College Parramatta was incorporated in 2002 under the Corporations Act 2001. It is registered as a public company limited by guarantee.
The Trustees of the Sisters of Mercy Parramatta are the Members of the Company and they have appointed a Board of Directors to carry on the mission of mercy in the ministry of education at OLMC.
The Board is responsible for the overall direction of the College and the day-to-day management is entrusted to the Principal and the College Executive. The Congregational Leader of the Sisters of Mercy Parramatta appoints the Principal who reports to the Board on a regular basis.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has expertise in the various areas required to ensure the educational and financial viability of the College into future generations. Many Board members are also Ex-students.
