The
communication between current and exstudent communities
was improved with the creation of the role of Community
Relations Coordinator. This position covers a variety of
responsibilities including overseeing the College Archives,
coordinating and editing College publications and liaising with the media.
The role is also responsible for liaising with the exstudent community
at large and the OLMC Parramatta Alumnae in particular.
The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining exstudent records on the College data base, promoting and publicising upcoming events through the College website and newsletter and generally acting as point of contact for any Alumnae/ exstudent enquiry. The Community Relations Coordinator also acts in an ex-officio capacity on the Alumnae Executive.
